No. Owners can live in any country. You need a registered agent in the state. We provide one.
If you have an office or staff in a U.S. state, use that state. If not, Wyoming has the lowest yearly cost. Choose Delaware if you plan to raise venture capital. Colorado has very low state fees, but state income tax can apply.
We focus on corporations. A C corporation can issue shares and stock options, and investors expect it. If an LLC is better for you, we tell you on a free call.
