What we collect
Information you give us to provide the service: your name, email, country, company details, shareholder and officer details, the files you upload (such as bank statements and receipts), and anything you send us. We also keep basic technical logs to keep the service secure. We do not store your card number: payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
- To prepare and file documents you ask for, and to prepare tax packages.
- To send you deadline reminders and service emails.
- To answer your questions and improve the service.
Who we share it with
Government agencies where a filing requires it, and these service providers, only as needed to run the service:
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): hosting, sign-in, database and file storage, in the United States.
- Stripe: card payments. Stripe receives your payment details directly.
- Google (Gmail): sending service emails and deadline reminders.
- Anthropic (Claude API): only if you buy tax preparation, and only when we prepare your year-end statements. Your uploaded statements are processed to draft a profit and loss statement and balance sheet. Files are not read by AI when you upload them, and Anthropic’s commercial terms do not allow it to train models on this data.
We do not sell your information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your progress. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@zovud.com.
